STEAM
What is STEAM?
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. At Orlando STEAM Academy, STEAM is more than just a subject—it is an interactive learning experience that encourages children to explore, think, create, and problem-solve every day.
Our STEAM approach builds curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
STEAM in Action (How We Teach STEAM)

Science
Children explore nature, conduct simple experiments, and learn through observation.
Examples: weather exploration, plant growth, sensory science.

Engineering
Students build, test, and design using various materials.
Examples: block building, bridge challenges, simple machines.

Technology
We introduce technology in age-appropriate ways to build digital awareness.
Examples: tablets, learning apps, coding fundamentals.

Arts
Creativity is encouraged through music, art, drama, and movement.
Examples: process art, storytelling, dramatic play, painting.
